JDECo App for customers provides access to various JDECo E-Services:

  1. Navigate vouchers from the "My Bills" panel
  2. Navigate payments from the "My Payments" panel
  3. Check consumption from the "My Meter" Panel
  4. Meter details from the "My Meter" panel
  5. Report agreement problems from the "Report Issue" panel
  6. Calculate electric device consumption price per hour from the "Device KW Price" panel
  7. Check smart prepaid meter balance or estimated next charge date for your normal prepaid meter from the "My Consumption" panel
  8. View consumption cost including miscellaneous and fixed charges based on the last auto meter read for smart meters from the "My Consumption" panel
  9. Enter current meter reading and view consumption cost along with miscellaneous and fixed charges from the "My Consumption" or "My Meter" panel
  10. Pay debts using credit cards
  11. Charge meters using credit cards
  12. Enter meter reading and view consumption cost plus fixed charge from the "Device KW Price" panel
  13. View agreement details
  14. Send a request to change estimated meter reading
